Appreciating Personality Diversity

Personality is defined as enduring patterns in a person's thoughts, feelings and behaviors across situations.

All humans have their unique personality despite being trained in a school in order to 'standardize' each individual. We have been taught the morale values, do's and don'ts in life by our teacher and try to apply it in our everyday life. There is no one who could be perfect at everything to apply all these morale values, maintaining a good characteristics or follow a principal of life in order to carry out an action because we have a diversity of personalities.

Appreciating personality diversity means respecting the strengths and limitations of each individual, and knowing how to utilize on each individual's strengths.

Sometimes, a person could have a personality which we do not like but it is just how they carry out their lifestyle. To overcome all these problems, we should just appreciate their own personality because we live in a world of different personalities. In many ways, increasing awareness of personality diversity is a lot like developing self awareness because it drives our concern towards how it actually affect ourselves or how it would be justified by others.

Nobody's perfect, but as long as we strive harder to be one, tolerate the differences on others and aware on the uniqueness of each individual because it would be helpful for a more socialible life.

Crazy Mathematics

So lets say you want to be older than a person but in fact you know that you're born later than him, this is what you should do:

Get lesser sleep than him

Lets say he is 19 and you're 17 and he sleeps for 10 hours a day and you only need 4.

2 years x 365 days x 24 hours = 17520

a year of sleeping early gets u 2190 hours closer to his age

.'. You will need 17520/2190 = 8 years of sleeping a whole lot lesser to be older

In other words,
Assuming being older = more matured, I'd recommend this.

but indirectly, this means that the more sleep you get, the younger you'll be.

So, if new year is making you worry bout getting older, you know what to do.

Food = Joy

The greatest moment of life is to discover what you love doing most.

For all that I know best, I would spend limitless amount of money on food, especially on crab. Yea, it's a seafood and most people say it is high cholesterol but are you getting enough seafood in your diet? Despite studies that show the benefits of putting seafood on the dinner table, more families choose to eat red meat or poultry instead. This is unfortunate since seafood is rich in nutrients and, generally, low in calories. One form of seafood that's particularly low in fat and calories is crab.

Here are the health benefits of crab.

  1. It's high in protein and has no carbs

Despite its low calorie and fat content, a serving of crab has a whopping twenty grams of protein. This makes it an excellent high protein alternative for the athlete or body builder who's tired of tuna fish. It's also carb free which makes it a good choice for diabetics.

  2. It's very low in calories and fat.

Crab is a calorie counter's dream meat. A four ounce serving of crab meat has only 98 calories, and with under two grams of fat per serving, it's heart healthy. Despite its low calorie content, crab meat can be a filling and satisfying main course.

  3. It's low in mercury

One of the big concerns with eating a seafood rich diet is exposure to mercury. The good news is that mid-Atlantic blue crab is very low in mercury, making it a good seafood choice for the whole family. In fact, crab is considered to be on of the safest forms of seafood in terms of mercury levels.

  4. It's high in omega 3 fatty acids

Crab is a good source of heart healthy omega 3's which help to lower triglycerides and blood pressure along with reducing the risk of heart disease. Omega 3's are also thought to reduce the inflammation, enhance immune function, and even lower the risk of certain types of cancer.

  5. Crab meat is also rich in vitamins and minerals with particularly high levels of vitamin B-12, a vitamin that's critical for healthy nerve function. It's also a good source of the minerals zinc and copper.

In conclusion, I'm glad that living with this passion actually benefits me. Except the fact that is low in calories not making me gain weight.

.'. Healthy Life = Crab = Seafood = Crab = Joy

Nuff said.
